Privacy Policy

How information submitted to the Office is collected, used and protected.

The Office may collect information voluntarily submitted through official electronic correspondence channels, together with limited technical information required to protect the security and integrity of those services. Submitted information is used for official correspondence, administration and response to the matter raised.

Contact submissions are not published publicly and are accessible only to authorised personnel with an operational need. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are applied to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

Where correspondence refers to another public institution, that institution remains responsible for its own information-management and privacy practices. This policy may be revised when applicable requirements or official services change.
