Organisational Structure

The approved structure connects the Auditor General, Deputy Auditor General, Audit Manager, specialist directors and external audit officers.

The organisational structure places the Auditor General at the apex of strategic direction and institutional oversight, followed by the Deputy Auditor General and the Audit Manager.

The Audit Manager oversees the specialist directorates responsible for Planning, Audit, Forensic Audit, Human Resource, Compliance Audit, IT Audit and Internal Audit. Four External Audit Officers support delivery of the Office’s audit responsibilities.

The structure establishes clear reporting lines, accountability for specialist functions and an orderly chain of supervision across the institution.
